Beschreibung

• Lead strategic growth, profitability, and product management efforts across Aspire's insurance portfolio • Manage and develop a team of Product Managers and Analysts • Analyze complex business challenges using multiple factors and data sources • Deliver analytical insights, research, performance reporting, and recommendations to leadership • Oversee statistical analysis and data mining initiatives • Partner with IT to develop scalable reporting and analytical solutions • Monitor product performance with Actuarial, Loss Analytics, and Performance Analytics teams • Develop, communicate, and execute product strategies to improve profitability and market share • Evaluate marketplace trends, competitor activity, and industry developments • Provide technical, analytical, and strategic leadership for cross-functional initiatives • Lead data-driven product, pricing, underwriting, and process enhancements • Oversee class, rate, and form product filings with Actuarial teams • Drive Microsoft-based automation initiatives to improve operational efficiency • Support advanced data analysis, product development, and business process improvements • Maintain and enhance departmental data and databases • Oversee testing and quality assurance for data warehouse and business intelligence applications • Monitor regulatory developments and ensure continued product compliance • Partner with Actuarial, Underwriting, Compliance, Business Intelligence, IT, Agency Operations, and Executive Leadership

🎯 Anforderungen

• 7+ years of Product Management experience, including managing Product Managers and/or Analysts • Advanced knowledge of the personal insurance business, including insurance products and coverages, claims, underwriting, distribution channels, sales, and business operations • Leadership, innovation, and initiative-driven mindset • Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, negotiation, and data analysis skills • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills • Ability to collaborate effectively across departments and lead high-performing teams • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Access, and SQL • Property & Casualty insurance experience, including working directly with Departments of Insurance • Experience with business process analysis, data analysis, and data profiling • Ability to prioritize multiple initiatives and manage competing deadlines • Ability to solve practical business problems and interpret complex written, oral, diagrammatic, and scheduled instructions • Ability to succeed within a technology-focused, paperless environment • Experience launching new states, insurance programs, or market expansions • Ability to build strong working relationships with employees, business partners, and stakeholders • Ability to communicate complex concepts clearly and effectively • Ability to foster a collaborative, professional, and team-oriented environment • Ability to represent Aspire professionally and contribute to company reputation and growth • Ability to deliver exceptional internal and external customer service • Ability to work at a computer for extended periods • Ability to sit for extended periods throughout the workday • Ability to occasionally lift items up to 25 pounds • Ability to occasionally stoop, reach, stand, and climb small step ladders
