Beschreibung

• Own customer implementations from the initial welcome through go-live and handoff to Support • Manage multiple client projects from kickoff through go-live and handoff • Build and maintain plans covering scope, timelines, milestones, responsibilities, and risks • Keep projects moving through regular follow-up and proactive issue resolution • Lead weekly client meetings and maintain clear, professional communication • Understand client workflows, goals, and requirements and translate them into actionable plans • Coordinate configuration, documentation, collaboration, testing, training, feedback, and go-live preparation • Coordinate across Professional Services, Support, Sales, Product, QA, Development, and technical specialists • Bring in technical resources when needed while owning the overall client relationship • Support pre-sales conversations by helping scope projects, estimate service needs, and provide implementation expertise

🎯 Anforderungen

• 3+ years of experience managing software implementations, Professional Services projects, Project Management, or similar client-facing technology initiatives • Strong project management skills and experience managing several priorities and stakeholders at once • Proactive mindset with ability to follow up, identify problems early, and take action independently • Strong client communication, presentation, organization, and relationship-building skills • Technical curiosity sufficient to troubleshoot issues independently and learn complex software • Comfortable using AI tools to research, analyze information, document work, automate, and solve problems • Experience with enterprise software or SaaS strongly preferred • Experience with Monday.com or similar project-management tools strongly preferred • SQL or data-analysis experience strongly preferred
