Beschreibung

• Define and own the roadmap for Managed Bill Review capabilities, including core bill review workflows, reporting, and adjacent features across integrated solutions • Continuously evaluate AI-driven capabilities such as intelligent document processing, anomaly detection, and workflow automation • Drive product vision that adapts to client-specific needs while maintaining reliability, compliance, and transparency • Identify AI-assisted opportunities that deliver measurable client value • Write product requirements and translate them into epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria • Partner with engineering, design, and data teams to deliver features with appropriate guardrails and quality standards • Define and track success metrics including adoption, operational efficiency, and client retention • Use Agile and project management skills to improve engineering effectiveness and execution velocity • Translate between business stakeholders, technical teams, and clients across Engineering, Sales, Services, and Finance • Present, demo, and influence customers, prospects, and executive leadership on roadmap decisions • Articulate AI value and limitations in client workflows • Develop and align go-to-market strategies, messaging, and positioning • Lead a globally distributed agile team with empathy and cultural intelligence • Encourage adoption of AI tools and support agile ceremonies across time zones • Foster alignment, accountability, and velocity across diverse teams

🎯 Anforderungen

• 6+ years of Product Management experience • B2B enterprise software experience; corporate legal or finance experience preferred • Track record of developing and launching products within Fortune 1000 accounts • Ability to design products adapting to client-specific requirements across varied deployment models • Strong project management skills, including documenting, socializing, and archiving product artifacts • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills • Metrics-driven mindset with measurable business-outcome delivery • Experience leading distributed, multicultural teams • Working familiarity with AI tools and concepts for document-heavy workflows, including Claude, ChatGPT, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), intelligent document processing (IDP), and model context protocol (MCP) • Familiarity with JIRA, Confluence, SharePoint, and Microsoft Office • Preferred: knowledge of corporate legal workflows in matter management and eBilling, or ERP financial software • Preferred: exposure to integrating acquired product lines and developing alignment strategies • Preferred: platform product management and organizational alignment across multiple teams
