Beschreibung

• Code, test, and implement products for Mitratech’s HRS Platform Team • Review functional and technical requirements • Perform research and design solutions for Web + AI-based enterprise applications • Create high-quality, maintainable code meeting design specifications and standards • Integrate AI-assisted development tools into daily engineering work • Manage context engineering and harness engineering for reliable agentic-tool output • Collaborate with teams across the organization to meet project requirements • Perform unit, automation, and peer testing • Document all work • Provide training, project demonstrations, and presentations as needed • Voluntarily mentor others on effective and responsible AI-tool use • Write or contribute to design documents • Perform code reviews • Lead or co-lead projects and design efforts • Recommend code refactoring, process improvements, technologies, tools, and emerging AI-driven practices

🎯 Anforderungen

• 7+ years of job experience in a software development/software engineer role • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Self-reliant and motivated self-starter • Ability to reason logically and provide innovative solutions • Demonstrated, hands-on adoption of AI-assisted engineering tools such as Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, Devin AI, or similar • Ability to explain how AI-assisted tools have changed your software-development approach • Understanding of managing agent instructions, skills, and harnesses for consistent, production-quality results • Proficiency with modern backend languages/stacks such as Go, Java, Python, TypeScript/Node, Vanilla JS/PReact • Web Services and REST API design and implementation • RDBMS DDL and SQL • ORM frameworks • CSS • Cloud infrastructure; AWS preferred • Authentication and security protocols, including OAuth2 and OIDC • Git • Continuous Integration • Predictable and quality delivery • Successful completion of projects where AI-assisted development tools meaningfully accelerated delivery or improved quality
