Beschreibung

• We are seeking a highly skilled and execution-focused Manager of Advanced Analytics to help shape and deliver our analytics strategy and roadmap. • This role is hands-on and influential, focused on designing and implementing scalable data solutions, building advanced BI capabilities, and enabling actionable insights across risk adjustment, clinical operations, quality, compliance, and cost management. • The ideal candidate combines strong technical expertise with the ability to guide and mentor team members while collaborating closely with cross-functional stakeholders. • You will partner with data analysts, data scientists, technology teams, and business leaders to design, implement, and optimize advanced analytics solutions that support internal and external clients. • With over a million managed lives and terabytes of healthcare data generated, your contributions will be critical to driving data-driven decision making and improving patient outcomes.

🎯 Anforderungen

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer science, data science, analytics, statistics, or related field. • 6+ years of experience in data analytics and engineering, with at least 2+ years in a technical lead or mentorship role. • Expertise with modern data stacks including Databricks, SQL, Azure, Power BI, and Python. • Strong understanding of value-based care analytics, risk adjustment, quality analytics (HEDIS) utilization management, finance, and claims. • Experience working with healthcare datasets and measures such as HCC, HEDIS, and clinical analytics. • Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights for clinical and operational teams. • Experience in managing quality improvement initiatives and member outreach programs to close care gaps. • Strong understanding of EHR, claims, and supplemental data integration for quality reporting. • Excellent stakeholder management skills, working across providers, payers, and internal teams. • Knowledge of SDLC best practices, including version control, testing, and CI/CD. • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to bridge technical and business perspectives. • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment and lead cross-functional initiatives.

• This position is remotely based in the U.S. • The total compensation target pay range for this role is: $160,000 - $170,000.
