• Build and grow a new business pipeline through cold calling and outbound prospecting • Close net-new customers across ocean import, drayage, customs brokerage, and domestic FTL/LTL • Sell value-driven logistics solutions, not rate-based transactions • Structure profitable deals and manage pricing and margins • Transition accounts to operations while maintaining strategic oversight • Consistently hit and exceed revenue and gross profit targets
🎯 Anforderungen
• 5+ years of logistics or freight forwarding sales experience • Proven track record of hunting, prospecting, and closing new business • Strong experience selling ocean freight, drayage, customs brokerage, and domestic FTL/LTL • Strong understanding of pricing, margins, and carrier dynamics
