Beschreibung

• Lead the design of seasonal collections, with specialization and focus on denim (washes, treatments, silhouettes, and technical construction). • Research and translate global fashion trends, color, fabrics, and lifestyle into collection proposals relevant to each market. • Define foundations, silhouettes, fabrics, washes, and technical details in coordination with suppliers and factories. • Incorporate artificial intelligence tools and design technology to optimize and enhance the creative process. • Prepare technical sheets and clear specifications for production, ensuring fidelity between the design and the final garment. • Lead and develop the design team. • Coordinate with Purchasing to select fabrics, raw materials, and accessories in line with budget and collection timeline. • Work with Marketing and Content on the visual narrative of each collection. • Analyze product performance to adjust future collections. • Follow up on samples and technical approval of prototypes until final validation. • Maintain an up-to-date archive of trends, references, and historical collection development. • Represent the brand's creative vision at trade shows, showrooms, and strategic meetings with suppliers. • Collaborate with Purchasing and Sales in defining the annual product plan by category and market. • Present the creative and trend proposals to the Executive Committee, along with collection progress.

🎯 Anforderungen

• Proven experience of 5+ years in fashion design, ideally with specialization or strong exposure to denim. • Strong portfolio demonstrating creativity, technical mastery, and trend sensitivity. • Modern, innovative, and curious profile, with genuine interest in the intersection of fashion, technology, and artificial intelligence. • Experience leading design teams or creative departments. • Technical knowledge of garment construction, washing, and textile treatments. • Proficiency with digital design tools (Illustrator, Photoshop, CLO 3D or others) and openness to generative AI design tools. • Ability to translate trends and market insights into commercially viable collections. • Excellent communication, presentation, and collaborative skills with Purchasing, Sales, and Marketing. • Availability to travel to trade shows, showrooms, and international suppliers.
