Beschreibung

• Greet guests warmly and provide courteous service • Handle guest check-ins and seating efficiently • Answer phones and take reservations • Take in-room dining orders • Maintain accurate records in reservation systems • Coordinate with restaurant and/or pool staff to optimize guest placements and avoid overbooking • Assist with preparation of station charts and assign stations • Guide servers and support staff in optimal table set-up • Maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of host/hostess stations and assigned work areas • Monitor and update guest profiles, VIP arrivals, and special requests using reservation systems • Keep menus and wine lists clean, up-to-date, and well-stocked • Resolve guest complaints promptly • Respond accurately to guest inquiries about hotel services and local attractions • Collaborate with Food and Beverage Management to set a positive tone for the restaurant environment

🎯 Anforderungen

• Prior experience in customer service or hospitality, preferably in a high-end setting • Strong communication skills • Positive attitude • Ability to speak and write in English fluently • Must be of minimum age to serve alcohol • Flexibility to work a variable schedule, including weekends and holidays • Ability to obtain relevant state and local government certifications, such as food handlers certificate or alcohol training certifications, as applicable to the position
