Beschreibung

• Define and execute industry strategy and go-to-market growth strategies for digital project delivery in Autodesk Forma • Conduct market opportunity analysis, customer value proposition development, competitive analysis, partnership strategy, target audience analysis, and business model development • Contribute to Autodesk’s digital project delivery vision and strategy using internal and external market, competitor, and customer research • Lead cross-functional programs from strategy through launch, coordinating teams around shared plans and timelines • Shape strategy for design management, including deliverable planning, progress measurement, and forecasting • Support regionalization of offerings through packaging, positioning, compliance requirements, and public-owner purchasing processes • Translate project-team workflows into product requirements, value propositions, market positioning, pricing, packaging, and business models • Create business cases for sales channels, partnerships, and mergers and acquisitions, plus executive briefings • Monitor usage, adoption, customer acquisition, retention, and go-to-market performance • Build and maintain the digital project delivery growth plan, including adoption, expansion, and customer migration paths • Develop sales plays and tools and support marketing content execution • Represent Autodesk at industry organizations, events, and with industry specialists, research analysts, press, and third parties • Collaborate with Product, Platform, Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Legal, and other cross-functional teams

🎯 Anforderungen

• BS, BArch, BEng or equivalent degree in Architecture, Engineering, or related field • 8+ years of experience working within the AEC industry, or in strategy, product management, consulting, or go-to-market roles serving it • Demonstrable experience delivering projects across multiple disciplines, including design collaboration and coordination across firms • Experience planning or managing design production at project or program scale, including deliverables, schedule, progress measurement, and forecasting • Working knowledge of ISO 19650 information workflows and how information requirements are defined and validated • Experience with cloud-based design, collaboration, and management tools targeting architects, engineers, contractors, and owners • Ability to travel, including internationally • Knowledge of BIM • Preferred: MBA • Preferred: Knowledge of cloud and SaaS technology and business landscape • Preferred: Exposure to US public sector owners, public procurement, and contract vehicles • Preferred: Familiarity with ERP and project controls data • Preferred: Track record of research that changed a decision • Preferred: Experience building business cases and forecasts and reporting results to senior leadership
