Beschreibung

• Lead investigations on employee relations matters and potential policy violations • Partner with stakeholders to conduct investigations • Interpret and apply corporate policies and practices, employment law, and regulations • Work with data to identify and analyze employee relations trends • Manage special projects/programs requiring ER stakeholder input • Create guidelines, best practices, and trainings for HR and employees • Provide support to HR community and managers on performance management

🎯 Anforderungen

• Bachelor degree or equivalent; advanced degree and legal coursework preferred • Minimum 8 years of global Employee Relations experience in HRBP or Employee Relations Advisory role • Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills • Experience with employment law principles and effective risk management practices • Strong analytical thinker, data driven, and innovative with a passion for coaching • Master user of Microsoft Office, specifically Word and PowerPoint • Strong written and oral communication skills; excellent public speaker
