• Become a trusted business partner and face of Autotrader across the region • Support independent customers and identify new business opportunities • Understand customers' objectives and advise on achieving them • Use Autotrader data and insights to influence decision-making • Educate customers on digital products to support growth and efficiency • Engage customers through regular site visits to build relationships • Collaborate with stakeholders across Autotrader to find solutions
🎯 Anforderungen
• Proven experience in B2B account management, consultative business partner OR Customer Success type role or similar • Track record of achieving commercial KPIs, driving revenue growth, product adoption, and retention • Strong commercial acumen - able to spot growth opportunities and mitigate risk • Confidence communicating with a range of customers and influencing decisions • Experience turning data and insight into actionable recommendations • Confidence in contributing to continuous improvement by sharing best practices • Organised, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple priorities • Passion for customer success and digital transformation • Strong collaborator, working closely with the wider team
