Beschreibung

• Track, analyze, and interpret emerging international space legislation and regulatory frameworks, especially the EU Space Act and European Union space policy developments • Assess impacts of international policy developments on Axiom Space's operations, partnerships, and market access • Develop and maintain horizon-scanning processes for policy trends, regulatory risks, and proactive engagement opportunities • Partner with Business Development and Sales to evaluate and pursue international growth opportunities aligned with global policy and regulatory strategy • Advise BD and Sales teams on foreign government relationships, international procurement, and multi-jurisdictional compliance • Collaborate with U.S. Government Relations on strategic messaging • Translate complex policy developments into guidance for senior leadership and communications for external stakeholders • Support the Director, Global Strategy and Chief Strategy Officer goals for assessing and prioritizing international engagement opportunities • Support the strategic positioning and operational integration of Axiom Suisse and other European entities • Coordinate with legal, finance, and operations teams on European office activities • Perform additional duties as assigned

🎯 Anforderungen

• 10+ years of experience in international strategy and policy • Bachelor's degree in legal or public policy, required • 5+ years of experience in international policy, government relations, or aerospace/technology policy • Demonstrated exposure to European regulatory environments • Track record of making things happen in ambiguous, fast-moving environments • Good judgment and proactive problem-solving ability • Demonstrated organizational skills to meet tight deadlines with high-quality results • Passion for space and the mission • Entrepreneurial, growth mindset • High EQ and ability to collaborate within teams and cross-functionally • Ability to use systems and tools to move smarter and faster • Accountability, technical rigor, execution discipline, and pride of delivery • May require access to export-controlled technical data or technology subject to NASA regulations, ITAR, or EAR; final candidates may undergo export control screening • Must be willing to work evenings and weekends as needed • Ability to sit or stand for extended periods • May require lifting and carrying up to 25 lbs.
