Beschreibung

• Support sourcing and procurement of software, hardware, cloud services, and IT implementation services • Conduct spend, market, and supplier analyses to inform sourcing recommendations and category strategies • Prepare insights and present recommendations to procurement leadership and business stakeholders • Support and lead RFI, RFP, and RFQ sourcing events • Collect requirements, define scopes, establish evaluation criteria, conduct supplier demonstrations, and analyze proposals • Perform supplier due diligence and assist with capability and risk assessments • Determine contracting paths and draft contract redlines with leadership and Legal guidance • Coordinate pricing and terms negotiations with suppliers • Sign and execute purchase agreements within delegated approval thresholds or facilitate execution by Supply Chain leadership • Partner with business and IT stakeholders to understand requests, business criticality, and urgency • Coordinate cross-functional inputs from business, IT, Finance, Insurance/Risk, Data Privacy, and Security • Prepare briefings on project status and critical issues for senior leaders • Escalate and resolve supplier performance issues • Support required IT Governance processes and secure funding and approvals • Maintain contract files and supporting documentation in the source-to-pay system • Contribute to procurement metrics and reporting, including savings and cost avoidance • Use Coupa, Deltek Costpoint, and Ivalua to place compliant IT purchase orders and modifications • Reconcile non-conforming invoices and help resolve supplier payment issues • Assist with supplier onboarding in Ivalua

🎯 Anforderungen

• Bachelor's degree and 6+ years of related procurement experience • Experience supporting the sourcing of IT products and professional services • Knowledge of related risk areas to mitigate • Commercial contracting knowledge • Ability to work with suppliers and consult with Legal and other stakeholders on terms and conditions • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Understanding of business processes and ability to improve ways of working • Ability to work independently under general direction • Ability to prioritize work to accomplish objectives • Effective verbal and written communication • Ability to collaborate across functional teams and with suppliers • Preferred: Experience working for a US government customer and the defense industrial base
