Beschreibung

• Administer, configure, and optimize the Ivalua Source-to-Pay platform • Manage day-to-day operational and maintenance activities • Collaborate with sector procurement leads and the user community on enterprise-wide business requirements • Translate complex business requirements into sustainable system configurations • Act as the primary bridge between procurement business users and the technical environment • Keep the system aligned with procurement strategies, compliance requirements, and operational efficiency goals • Work with external partners and stakeholders to enable and manage new application functionality • Manage the full lifecycle of Source-to-Pay processes • Lead or support Ivalua implementation and major version upgrade activities

🎯 Anforderungen

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field and 8 years work experience, or equivalent experience • Valid Ivalua Functional Certification (Mandatory) • 2+ years of experience in procurement system administration, specifically within the Ivalua platform • Experience managing the full lifecycle of Source-to-Pay processes • Experience leading at least one full-scale Ivalua implementation or major version upgrade • Expert-level knowledge of Ivalua functional configuration tools • Strong understanding of procurement business processes, including Supplier Management, Sourcing/RFx, and Invoice Portal • Experience with integration touchpoints between Ivalua and ERP systems such as CostPoint or Oracle • Proficiency in data analysis tools and reporting engines • Knowledge of Agile or Waterfall project management methodologies • Strong communication skills and ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical business stakeholders
