Beschreibung

• Develop, maintain, and troubleshoot hardware, operating systems, Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, and system performance • Specify, operate, and maintain Windows and Linux server and desktop operating systems • Ensure production infrastructure meets service level commitments and system performance standards • Administer Active Directory Enterprise and Group Policy • Automate system processes and configurations using PowerShell and VBScript • Act as subject matter expert for Windows engineering, Citrix infrastructure, Microsoft 365 administration, and Epic Hyperspace & Desktop • Provide technical leadership, guidance, mentorship, and support on complex technical issues • Lead or participate in complex customer and internal projects with cross-functional teams • Research, analyze, and propose system and platform improvements • Develop technical specifications and roadmaps for enterprise solutions and integrations with Epic and operational databases • Identify process optimization and problem-prevention opportunities • Automate routine tasks and optimize hardware/software platforms • Document and standardize system procedures • Participate in an on-call rotation and serve as an escalation point • Maintain documentation and contribute to OCHIN’s IT knowledge repository • Travel nationally for on-site go-live support or training as needed

🎯 Anforderungen

• Minimum 3 years' experience in implementation and administration of infrastructure services like SQL, IIS, DNS, DHCP, GPO and CIFS • Minimum 3 years of Azure experience required • 4+ years of AWS cloud-hosting services preferred • Experience with virtualization platforms such as VMware and Xenserver preferred • Familiarity with SolarWinds Orion monitoring platform is a plus • Familiarity with Epic is a plus • Legally authorized to work in the United States on a permanent basis • Must be able to work independently and efficiently from a home office • High Speed Internet Service • Must work in a distraction free workplace • Reading, speaking, writing, and understanding English • Completion of a 50–60-minute competency assessment before the team interview • Must be available for on-call rotation • Must be on camera for all virtual meetings • Willingness to travel nationally up to 20% based on business requirements • COVID-19 vaccination or approved medical/religious exemption required before hire
