Beschreibung

• Respond to both pre-arranged and emergency response calls • Provide exceptional service and support to ensure ongoing functionality and reliability of customers' security systems • Collaborate with established engineering team in the field • Diagnose and resolve technical issues with security systems • Recommend and implement system upgrades and enhancements to improve performance and reliability

🎯 Anforderungen

• Minimum of 5 years experience working as a Security Service Engineer with various security systems • Proficiency in servicing and maintaining intruder alarm systems whilst also having some knowledge of broader electronic security systems: CCTV, entry and access control systems and fire alarms • Strong trouble shooting and problem-solving abilities, with a methodical approach to diagnosing and resolving technical issues • Knowledge of regulatory standards • Able to diagnose and resolve technical issues with security systems, including identifying faults, conducting repairs, and restoring functionality in a timely manner • Can recommend and implement system upgrades and enhancements to improve performance, reliability, and security in accordance with client requirements • Monitor alarm signals and alerts from customer sites, investigate any triggered alarms, and take appropriate action to address potential security threats
