Beschreibung

• Installation and setup of the SCIENION and CELLENON product range • Perform routine preventative maintenance and on-site customer repairs • Troubleshoot and diagnose complex system issues • Implement system updates and optimise performance for efficiency and reliability • Provide on-site or remote technical assistance • Act as the technical interface between customers and internal teams • Prepare technical quotations and service reports for customers • Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with ISO accreditation

🎯 Anforderungen

• Bachelors degree in an Engineering discipline (mechanical, electrical, electronic or biomedical preferred) or comparable qualification • 3+ years of experience in a related field or in-house service role • Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive, solution-focused mindset • Previous experience in a customer-facing role preferred • Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills • High degree of flexibility, independence, and willingness to travel up to 60% • Fluent English is required; additional European languages are an advantage • Must have a UK driver’s license and access to a car
