Beschreibung

• Provide strategic direction for the management team in their region. • Mentor all positions within their operational area to ensure high engagement and success. • Support, reinforce, and align decisions with Barcelona Wine Bar’s unique culture. • Train and manage career expectations for the management team. • Analyze external and internal environments to detect where improvements may be made and how those changes should be implemented. • Maintain full responsibility for financial performance directly impacting the area restaurant operations. • Measure performance, objectively and subjectively, and hold direct accountability to meeting desired performance expectations.

🎯 Anforderungen

• Minimum 3-5 years overseeing at least 3 high-volume, full-service restaurants in different markets. • Knowledge and skills in analyzing profit and loss statements and overall financial performance. • Knowledge of Labor Laws and Compliance. • Proficient in a variety of technology systems, especially Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint), Micros POS, etc.
