Beschreibung

• Lead product strategy, roadmap development, and execution for business platforms supporting genomic laboratory operations. • Collaborate with the AVP of Business Platforms and cross-functional stakeholders to identify operational needs and translate them into scalable digital solutions. • Oversee product lifecycle management from ideation through implementation, optimization, and ongoing support. • Drive platform modernization and integration initiatives across systems. • Partner with laboratory operations, client services, billing, reimbursement, IT, engineering, and external vendors to improve workflow efficiency and user experience. • Manage integrations involving CRM and laboratory operational systems. • Define product requirements, business cases, KPIs, and success metrics. • Lead Agile product management practices including backlog prioritization, sprint planning, and stakeholder communication. • Ensure platforms meet compliance, security, and operational reliability requirements in a regulated healthcare environment.

🎯 Anforderungen

• Bachelor’s degree in science, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field. • Minimum 10 years of digital product management experience. • Strong experience supporting healthcare, diagnostics, laboratory, or genomic operations. • Experience managing enterprise business platforms and operational workflows. • Proven expertise with CRM, revenue cycle management, and operational systems integrations. • Strong understanding of Agile product management methodologies. • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills. • Ability to work effectively across technical and non-technical teams.
