Beschreibung

• Lead execution of lab (dry and bioinformatics) operations projects, ensuring milestones are achieved on time, within scope, and aligned with clinical and organizational priorities. • Develop and manage project plans, dependency maps, and risk registers. • Coordinate bioinformatics, software engineering, clinical operations, and product teams. • Translate analytical and computational requirements into executable project deliverables for genomic analysis and reporting. • Monitor project performance metrics, risk trends, timeline adherence, and validation readiness. • Report project status, risks, and outcomes to program leadership. • Support regulatory documentation, audits, and validation activities. • Perform other duties supporting team and organizational objectives. • Comply with company policies, procedures, and applicable regulatory requirements.

🎯 Anforderungen

• Bachelor’s degree in bioinformatics, computational biology, computer science, life sciences, or a related technical field. • 5+ years of project management experience focused on technical, software, or dry lab-driven projects. • At least 3 years supporting bioinformatics, data, or healthcare technology initiatives. • Ability to manage multiple technically complex projects simultaneously. • Extensive experience managing cross-functional teams including bioinformatics scientists, software engineers, analysts, and clinical stakeholders. • Experience with data pipelines, analytical workflows, or laboratory informatics platforms. • Strong understanding of technical dependencies, system integrations, and validation in regulated environments. • Excellent communication, organizational, leadership, interpersonal, negotiation, and meeting facilitation skills. • Ability to lead through ambiguity, evolving technical requirements, and data-driven decision-making. • Experience applying Agile, hybrid, and Waterfall methodologies. • Proficiency in project management and issue-tracking software; Jira preferred. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, attention to detail, data accuracy, and process rigor. • Equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered. • Preferred: Master’s degree. • Preferred: Project management certification such as PMP or equivalent.
