Beschreibung

• Develop close working relationships with Partner Brokers • Provide training, software consultancy, and support on the Acturis platform and other Hedron Network IT solutions • Liaise with Hedron departments and Partner Brokers to resolve issues and promote other Hedron services • Help Partner Brokers improve efficiency and internal processes and overcome platform issues • Implement and install the Acturis system for Partner Brokers • Act as the primary contact for broking and accounting issues • Identify solutions and ideas to improve Partner Broker businesses and Acturis systems • Contribute to partner communications • Undertake processes compliantly in respect of TCF and other regulatory requirements • Advise Partner Brokers of new developments through visits and frequent communication • Respond promptly to Partner Broker queries and concerns • Maintain knowledge of system developments • Create and update bespoke document and report templates • Run system reports and build bespoke reports • Deliver training to new and existing Partner Brokers • Promote Hedron Network services where appropriate • Deliver annual objectives to a high standard • Review and address opportunities for excellence and growth within team objectives

🎯 Anforderungen

• Training qualification desirable • Project management qualification advantageous • Acturis knowledge to ‘Guru’ level • Excellent training skills in classroom and remote environments • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office products • Self-motivated and able to work on own initiative • Strong ownership of issues and needs for designated Partner Brokers • Excellent communication, influencing, and relationship-building skills • Good workload management and organisational skills • Ability to identify customer needs and provide appropriate consultative solutions • Ability to solve ad hoc problems and issues in a timely manner • Excellent working knowledge of Acturis to superuser level • Background knowledge of other Partner Broker back-office systems • Experience of the UK general insurance broking industry and practices • Experience of UK general insurance broking accounts advantageous • Full UK driving licence essential • Extensive travel required
