Beschreibung

• Lead a portion of the Collaboration Technologies team • Deliver and support enterprise collaboration platforms including Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Exchange, Teams, and emerging AI-powered workplace solutions • Provide technical leadership and mentor a team of engineers • Shape strategy, governance, and adoption of collaboration tools • Build a high-performing team • Ensure reliable and secure collaboration services • Drive innovation through automation and AI • Deliver employee experiences that enable employees to build solutions for 3.4 million members and communities • Manage day-to-day team operations focused on system maintenance and development • Supervise system modifications • Assign, monitor, and review work progress and accuracy • Provide staff management oversight, including hiring, promotion, and staffing recommendations • Conduct performance reviews and assessments, manage performance, assess skills, and promote professional development • Direct, motivate, and develop staff • Ensure adherence to policies, plans, objectives, budgets, and staffing allocations • Manage and track team-level project details • Serve as technical subject matter expert and provide leadership during transitions • Participate in a weekly on-call rotation when required

🎯 Anforderungen

• Bachelor's Degree in a Computer Sciences related field or equivalent work experience • 5 years of experience with information technology concepts, application development and/or enterprise system maintenance methodology, terminology, and standards • 5 years of systems maintenance and/or programming experience • 3 years of expert working knowledge of at least one programming language and/or one enterprise system in use at BCBST • Experience managing direct reports • Subject matter expertise in Microsoft 365, SharePoint, and Exchange • Strong understanding of cloud technologies, security, governance, and service operations • Experience leading enterprise collaboration, productivity, or workplace technology platforms • Knowledge of information technology concepts, methodology, terminology, and standards • Proven skill to develop and/or maintain an enterprise IT system • Subject matter expertise in one or more enterprise IT systems • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills • Microsoft Office and email skills • Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical co-workers • Willingness to adjust schedule for maintenance and upgrades outside business hours and participate in an on-call rotation • Sponsorship is not available for this role • Candidates cannot live in California, New York, New Jersey, New Hampshire, or Massachusetts
