Beschreibung

• Design, build, and operate cloud-native platforms on AWS or equivalent • Embed AI-assisted and agentic workflows into CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure provisioning, incident response, and operational tooling • Develop and maintain cloud infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code • Build and support shared cloud services including networking, IAM patterns, managed data services, observability tooling, and service templates • Partner with SRE and security teams to embed reliability, compliance, and guardrails into platform workflows • Design and build backend services, APIs, and internal platforms • Develop automation and tooling using modern backend languages • Contribute to service architecture decisions involving communication patterns, data access strategies, and resiliency models • Review code and architectural designs for performance, operability, and maintainability • Create self-service interfaces, documentation, and workflows for application teams • Enable product teams to consume AI-powered platform capabilities through secure self-service interfaces • Improve CI/CD pipelines, release automation, and deployment strategies • Translate developer pain points into platform capabilities with product managers and engineers • Mentor engineers and influence infrastructure, backend, and platform standards • Participate in architecture reviews and platform roadmap discussions • Lead by example in operational excellence, incident response, and post-incident learning

🎯 Anforderungen

• Strong experience in cloud infrastructure engineering and backend service development • Demonstrated experience working in AI-native engineering environments • Hands-on experience with AWS, including EC2, ECS/EKS, RDS/Aurora, S3, IAM, and VPC • Infrastructure as Code experience; Terraform strongly preferred • Experience with one or more backend languages, such as Go, Python, Kotlin, Node, or Java • Solid understanding of distributed systems concepts, including scalability, resilience, observability, and failure modes • Experience building or operating CI/CD pipelines and release automation • Ability to think in terms of platforms and products • Comfort working with abstractions while understanding underlying systems • Experience enabling other teams through tooling, automation, and guardrails • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Self-starting, able to contribute to roadmap and take initiative with features and user stories • Bachelor's degree preferred/specialized training/relevant professional qualification • Full stack experience preferred but not required • Familiarity with LLM platforms, agent frameworks, or AI-enabled developer tooling preferred • Experience with Kubernetes, service meshes, or container orchestration platforms preferred • Familiarity with security and compliance concepts in regulated environments preferred • Prior experience on SRE, product, platform, or internal tooling teams preferred
