Beschreibung

• Own the commercial data product portfolio and shape strategic roadmaps for assigned domains. • Prioritize competing business needs while balancing business-unit, regional, and enterprise standardization goals. • Develop business cases, investment recommendations, value hypotheses, and success metrics for products and strategic initiatives, including AI-enabled decision-making. • Recommend roadmap sequencing, deployment strategies, and resource allocation. • Drive leadership alignment and represent product portfolios in governance and executive review forums. • Design, lead, and evaluate Model Cell initiatives, including MVPs, pilots, and proof-of-concept testing. • Define pilot objectives, hypotheses, success criteria, testing methodologies, and adoption metrics. • Partner with business stakeholders, analytics teams, decision scientists, and technical teams to test solutions and measure outcomes. • Track pilot performance, adoption, engagement, and realized value to determine scalability and future investment priorities. • Lead commercial data products through discovery, deployment, adoption, optimization, and retirement. • Translate commercial strategies and workflow requirements into product roadmaps and requirements. • Partner with Engineering, Analytics, and Technology teams to deliver products against strategic objectives. • Establish product success criteria and performance indicators. • Ensure products are scalable, sustainable, and adoptable across global business units and regions. • Maintain feedback loops with stakeholders and end users. • Own metric definitions and business logic across dashboards, reports, and models. • Partner with Analytics Engineering on governed data layers and standardized consumption patterns. • Support the commercial business taxonomy and resolve definition conflicts. • Influence senior leaders across Sales, Marketing, Commercial Operations, Finance, Analytics, and Technology. • Develop executive communications, business cases, roadmap reviews, and governance recommendations. • Build consensus, manage competing priorities, escalate strategic risks, and contribute to the long-term Commercial Data Products operating model.

🎯 Anforderungen

• 8–12 years of experience in product management, commercial analytics, commercial operations, strategy, data products, or related disciplines. • Demonstrated ownership of enterprise-scale product portfolios, strategic initiatives, or business capabilities with measurable outcomes. • Proven experience building business cases, influencing executive stakeholders, and driving strategic cross-functional decisions. • Experience delivering data, analytics, digital, or AI-enabled products through the product lifecycle. • Demonstrated ability to lead complex global initiatives across teams. • Strong executive communication, stakeholder management, and organizational influence skills. • Comfort working with data platforms, dashboards, and CRM systems; Salesforce experience is a plus. • Ability to speak credibly with business and technical audiences. • Bachelor’s degree required in Business, Economics, Engineering, Data/Analytics, or related field. • MBA/MS preferred. • Business-first mindset focused on commercial problems and behavior change. • Ability to design products and standards that scale across business units, regions, and markets. • Outcome-oriented approach measuring adoption, impact, and revenue outcomes. • Ability to build trust with business stakeholders and technical teams. • Precision in written and verbal communication and comfort presenting to senior stakeholders. • Ability to thrive in fast-moving, cross-functional environments and build structure independently. • High integrity and bias for action.
