Beschreibung

• Deliver features across multi-tenant data platform services, including data ingestion, schema management, effective dating, snapshots, calculated fields, and exports, exclusively through AI agents • Author structured, testable Product Requirement Prompts and specification files • Maintain the versioned specification library governing the codebase • Run multiple agents in parallel across workstreams and evaluate outcomes against specifications • Improve agent first-pass success rate, defect escape rate, and changes merged without human review • Build and maintain the agentic pipeline, including the agent harness, blueprint engine, MCP tool layer, warm sandbox pool, and retrieval systems • Monitor token usage, task latency, cost per run, model-tier routing, and cost-per-outcome • Embed audit trails, feature ownership, data-classification gates, and controls for production secrets and PII • Engineer external behavioural scenario suites, holdout sets, digital twins, AI-review gates, and automated remediation • Enforce performance constraints for bulk ingestion, large export streaming, memory behaviour, and complex SQL • Diagnose and resolve production data issues through agents in collaboration with Support and Engineering • Document specifications, scenarios, and pipeline decisions • Help other engineers adopt agent-driven development

🎯 Anforderungen

• Senior-level experience building production backend services • Experience with .NET/C# and PostgreSQL systems • Majority of recent production output should be AI-generated under the candidate’s direction • Hands-on mastery of AI coding agents, preferably Claude Code • Experience with parallel agent sessions, custom skills, and sub-agents • Ability to structure codebases and context so agents work reliably • Excellence in writing precise, agent-executable Product Requirement Prompts (PRPs) and specification files • Strong verification engineering experience, including behavioural and scenario-based testing, holdout evaluation, quality gates, and validation frameworks • Strong architecture judgment across performance, scalability, and reliability • Experience building agent infrastructure, including MCP servers, tool layers, sandboxed execution, and CI/CD for agent-driven workflows • Deep .NET/C# and SQL reading fluency, including schema design, query plans, streaming vs. buffering, and memory behaviour • Excellent written communication • Bonus: digital twins or service virtualisations • Bonus: LLM evaluation at scale, eval suites, red-teaming AI-generated code, and agent workflow benchmarking • Bonus: Multi-tenant SaaS architecture, CDC/event-driven ingestion, or lakehouse exposure • Bonus: Azure, Docker, Kubernetes/Helm • Bonus: legal, security, or compliance frameworks for AI-authored code • Bonus: compensation, HR, or pay transparency domain familiarity
