Beschreibung

• Lead installation and deployments of BG technology on customer sites from installation through System Engineering hand-off • Ensure compliance with building and safety codes and federal, state, and local regulations • Manage installation contractors and resolve deployment issues • Manage BG engineers on site who are tasked with installation efforts • Manage on-site customer relationships and coordinate site-level tasks with local building management • Work cross-functionally with internal stakeholders to meet installation criteria • Drive feedback and improvement efforts from sites to System Engineering teams • Support active projects to drive progress and prevent or mitigate stoppages or downtime • Track and achieve project operational and budgetary metrics • Develop standardization processes and technical solutions to reduce installation time and cost • Oversee customer training and handoff tasks for smooth integration of BG technology into existing operations • Manage installation and on-site resources without direct reports • Travel 100% of the time

🎯 Anforderungen

• BS degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering or similar technical field • 5+ years of experience in construction or installation management • Demonstrated experience managing hardware installations and commissioning of industrial equipment • Experience leading teams of engineers • Experience managing construction contractors • Knowledge and understanding of safety standards • Ability to read and understand CAD drawings, electrical schematics, or other engineering diagrams • Confidence and knowledge to convey technical explanations of problems or issues identified during deployment • Understanding of warehouse management systems, software messaging flows, and IT hardware • Demonstrated experience with customer management and support • Strong sense of urgency and leadership • Excellent communication skills • Strong computer skills • Ability to work with senior levels of management internally and externally at site level • Ability to manage multiple high-priority tasks simultaneously • This role is not eligible for visa sponsorship
