Beschreibung

• Assist in the day-to-day administration of HRIS systems, including data entry, user account setup, and routine audits to ensure data accuracy and integrity. • Support HR staff and end-users by troubleshooting basic system issues and escalating more complex problems to senior analysts or vendors. • Generate and distribute basic HR reports • Participate in system testing for upgrades, patches, and new implementations • Maintain HRIS documentation, including process workflows, user guides, and training materials. • Collaborate with HR team members to identify opportunities for process improvement and automation. • Monitor data interfaces between HRIS and other systems (e.g., payroll, benefits) and troubleshoot discrepancies. • Stay informed of HRIS trends and best practices to support continuous learning and development. • Maintain data integrity and perform regular audits within the HRIS.

🎯 Anforderungen

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field • 0–3 years of experience in HRIS or HR operations • Strong attention to detail and data accuracy • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office Suite • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Exposure to or experience with HRIS platforms such as UKG, iCIMS, TalentGuard, or JDE.
