Beschreibung

• Develop and implement a global training and education strategy that aligns with the organization’s business objectives and supports employee development across all levels. • Lead the design, development, and delivery of innovative training programs, ensuring consistency and effectiveness across regions. • Oversee the creation and continuous improvement of training curricula, materials, and resources that address the specific needs of different departments and regions. • Manage the delivery of training programs, leveraging various methods such as in-person sessions, e-learning, webinars, and workshops. • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of training programs and their impact on employee performance and business outcomes. • Lead and mentor a global team of training professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team environment. • Work closely with HR, Talent Management, and other key departments to align training and education efforts with broader organizational goals. • Manage the global training budget, ensuring that resources are allocated effectively to support training initiatives.

🎯 Anforderungen

• Four to ten years of industry experience marketing consumer goods; • Executive experience in advertising/marketing preferred. • Ability to teach, speak and train publicly to a live audience with the ability to adapt to different audience styles. • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. • Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. • Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the public. • Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume. • Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. • Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
