Beschreibung

• Own Tier 3 bugs and technical issues requiring development expertise • Develop Apex and Lightning Web Component fixes • Develop and maintain second-generation unlocked packages • Build and maintain Salesforce solutions across Apex, LWC, automation, and managed package architecture • Maintain and extend C#/.NET aggregator and integration services syncing Salesforce with external systems • Maintain Azure Blob Storage integrations, Azure-hosted APIs, and related cloud infrastructure • Diagnose whether issues require Salesforce configuration, code, or integration fixes • Support legacy first-generation managed packages and modern second-generation unlocked packages, including migrations • Partner with Customer Experience and Salesforce Admin teams on escalated cases and Tier 2/Tier 3 processes • Collaborate with Sales and Solutions on customer requirements, technical feasibility, and proposed solutions • Contribute to custom, client-facing projects alongside the Customer Experience team • Report through the Development organization to the Chief Architect and work closely with the HandsOn Connect team

🎯 Anforderungen

• Professional experience developing with Apex and Lightning Web Components • Comfortable debugging and maintaining existing Salesforce code • Strong knowledge of Salesforce flows, custom objects and fields, page layouts, permission sets, and automation • Professional experience building, maintaining, or supporting C#/.NET applications or services • Working knowledge of Azure and cloud infrastructure, particularly Blob Storage, APIs, and integrations • Experience with Salesforce managed package architecture, including 1GP, 2GP/unlocked packages, or migrations between them • Ability to independently diagnose configuration problems, code-level bugs, integration failures, and other technical issues • Comfortable working with technical and non-technical teammates and occasionally clients • Salesforce certifications such as Administrator, Platform Developer I, or Platform Developer II are nice to have • Experience with nonprofit, volunteer management, or other vertical SaaS platforms is nice to have • Experience with Jira-based development workflows and SLA-driven support environments is nice to have • Experience in a smaller Salesforce or .NET/Azure development environment with broad ownership across the stack is nice to have • Prior consulting, sales engineering, or similar customer-facing experience is nice to have
