Beschreibung

• Own the incentive system that moves therapist availability toward client demand • Own the structure and clarity of the therapist compensation model • Define what “well supplied” means and build tools and features to close supply gaps • Build and test a sustainable therapist earnings proposition using controlled rollouts and rigorous measurement • Incentivize therapist availability, match acceptance, and continuity of care • Analyze and quantify the impact of changes, draw conclusions, and plan next steps from data • Partner with matching, eligibility, member experience, therapist experience, and provider acquisition teams • Collaborate cross-functionally with finance, clinical, legal, marketing, data science, and operations • Set product and organizational strategy and long-term direction • Own and monitor KPIs • Diagnose, model, design, test, measure, decide, and systematize

🎯 Anforderungen

• 8-10 years experience in a product role with proven success through measurable impact and increasing responsibilities • Experience owning pricing, incentives, payouts, or supply-side economics in a two-sided marketplace • Super analytical; able to build models, defend them with data science, and explain them to a CFO • Deep understanding of unit and business economics • Ability to balance business, clinical, and technical considerations in product decisions • Ability to distinguish decisions to test cheaply from decisions that should be made once • Strong understanding of marketplace dynamics and two-sided marketplace business models • Sound judgment in ambiguity • Track record of driving cross-functional decisions to conclusion without direct authority • Excellent written communication • Excellent organizational and leadership skills • Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently • Candidates in any time zone are welcome to apply • Bonus: experience with labor supply-side economics, independent contractor compensation, healthcare or insurance, and experimentation/causal inference
