Beschreibung

• Own and communicate product vision for Workday and other HR tools in Core HCM and related HR functional areas • Define, recommend, prioritize, and implement solutions aligned with strategic goals • Collaborate with stakeholders and internal technology partners to architect technology solutions and integrations • Establish project management discipline and governance processes from planning through testing and delivery • Ensure successful end-user experiences for new deployments and ongoing Workday and integration maintenance • Maintain platform health and identify continuous improvement opportunities • Assist with troubleshooting and resolution of escalated product issues • Create and maintain product and release requirements backlog • Negotiate and prioritize enhancements with global process owners • Monitor Workday security, efficiency, effectiveness, operations, risk, controls, and security alignment • Build relationships with HR Services leadership, COE leaders, and business leaders • Align business priorities and make trade-off decisions across competing concerns • Balance strategic development with ongoing production support • Identify, resolve, or escalate issues, concerns, and impediments • Act as conduit between Technology and business partners • Provide final project sign-off • Serve as an escalation resource for Tier 2 and 3 issues

🎯 Anforderungen

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience • 7+ years of experience as a Core HCM product owner and/or business analyst for HR systems, or related business/technology roles • Understanding of core HCM and associated ecosystems, including integrations with compensation, benefits, recruiting, and compliance • Workday experience preferred • Solid knowledge of Core HR processes and end-to-end integration touchpoints • Experience acting as a Product Owner or functional lead, including roadmap planning and backlog prioritization • Strong analytical mindset • Ability to drive alignment, influence stakeholders, and facilitate complex cross-functional discussions • Experience with other HR applications and platforms, including Concur and ServiceNow • Experience delivering technology initiatives across design, testing, and implementation phases • Ability to make decisions, push back when needed, and escalate issues appropriately • Ability to work independently while collaborating across teams, regions, and levels • Organized and adaptable in a changing environment • Demonstrated leadership and ability to influence without authority
