Beschreibung

• Build against the AI enablement roadmap for the engineering, product, and design organization • Determine what the organization adopts, builds internally, and how success is measured • Build the internal AI stack, including AI agents, automations, MCP connectors, shared prompt and skill libraries, and a governed knowledge layer • Own experiments end to end using a separate AWS account • Write Terraform to rapidly rebuild environments • Deploy and maintain secure, well-designed solutions • Ship experiments first and scale what works • Drive adoption and behavior change across the organization • Report to the Platform engineering manager and own delivery against the AI enablement roadmap

🎯 Anforderungen

• 6+ years in fast-moving technology organizations, including hands-on software engineering (platform engineering, developer experience, internal tools, or infrastructure) • Daily, hands-on fluency with the modern AI stack: coding agents (e.g. Claude Code, Cursor), MCP servers and connectors, prompt and context engineering, retrieval-augmented generation, and workflow automation platforms • Demonstrable infrastructure competence with infrastructure as code (Terraform or equivalent), a major cloud provider, and secrets and access management • Comfort working inside CI/CD, including reasoning about pipeline cost, latency, and failure modes • Demonstrated change management across a medium to large organization, including champions programs, enablement content, training, and an operating rhythm that maintains momentum after launch • Governance fluency in data privacy, safe-use policy, vendor evaluation, and access control • Experience shipping through an approval process in a regulated environment • Self-starter able to operate autonomously and escalate appropriately
