Beschreibung

• Manage full-cycle Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable, including invoicing, payments, collections, and cash application. • Support month-end close through journal entries, bank reconciliations, prepaids, and accruals. • Administer the expense policy by reviewing submissions, enforcing compliance, and following up with the team. • Support the annual audit by preparing schedules, pulling documentation, and responding to auditor requests. • Contribute to internal reporting and quarterly deliverables with accurate, timely supporting schedules. • Support tax and regulatory compliance projects as needed. • Participate in Finance automation projects, including designing, building, and refining AI-powered workflows and tools. • Support development and maintenance of SOPs and internal policies as processes evolve. • Partner with teams across the business on a wide range of projects. • Handle sensitive information such as contracts, payroll data, and compliance documents with discretion. • Adapt to ambiguity and take on new areas as the business grows.

🎯 Anforderungen

• 2–3+ years of hands-on accounting experience, including GL, AP/AR, payroll, reconciliations, and journal entries. • Experience with ERP systems; NetSuite preferred or strong ability to learn it quickly. • Highly proficient in Excel and/or Google Sheets. • Post-secondary education in Business, Accounting, or Finance required. • Familiarity with Claude and using AI to build solutions and drive productivity. • Curiosity and willingness to improve processes. • Accountability, dependability, and ability to meet deadlines. • Ability to work autonomously and manage priorities independently. • Comfort with change, new tools, and evolving responsibilities. • Warm and collaborative working style.
