Beschreibung

• Maintain accurate financial records through data entry, transaction booking, and account maintenance for entities in Cyprus, the UK, and Hong Kong • Process and reconcile multi-currency bank statements • Prepare files for internal accounting systems • Manage accounts payable and receivable by processing customer invoices and vendor bills • Prepare and submit VAT and VIES reports in compliance with Cyprus regulations • Support audits and compliance activities • Assist in preparing financial statements, management reports, and supporting documentation • Help with day-to-day accounting and administrative tasks to ensure smooth financial operations

🎯 Anforderungen

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (preferred) • 1–3 years of experience in bookkeeping, accounting, or audit • Experience working with cloud-based accounting software • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills • Strong analytical thinking and excellent attention to detail • Intermediate English, written and spoken • Ability to organize work independently and meet deadlines • Experience with international entities, particularly Cyprus, the UK, or Hong Kong (nice to have) • Experience with multi-currency transactions (nice to have) • Familiarity with accounting for multi-entity corporate structures (nice to have)
