Beschreibung

• Organize and categorize financial transactions for accurate accounting records • Conduct regular bank, credit card, and loan reconciliations • Perform data entry supporting financial information flow • Monitor and respond to emails and direct inquiries appropriately • Record, track, and follow up on invoices and overdue payments • Record and track bills, ensure timely payments, and report overdue bills to senior staff • Run and submit payroll for approval • Resolve minor customer and vendor issues • Perform miscellaneous tasks to improve accounting department efficiency • Maintain the financial books daily • Support Amazon eCommerce accounting, including reconciliation of payouts, fees, refunds, and settlements • Assist with bookkeeping for eCommerce clients operating on Amazon and Shopify

🎯 Anforderungen

• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply • 1–2 years of accounting or bookkeeping experience preferred but not mandatory • Experience supporting eCommerce businesses, especially those selling on Amazon, is a strong advantage • Familiarity with QuickBooks Online and/or Xero preferred • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Ability to work 10am–5pm PST, with some flexibility for client needs • Ability to organize financial transactions and maintain accurate accounting records • Strong organizational and time-management skills • Experience with or strong interest in learning QuickBooks Online and Xero • Understanding of accrual-based accounting principles preferred • Prior exposure to Amazon Seller Central or Vendor Central highly valued • Experience recording, tracking, and following up on invoices and bills • Experience running payroll or assisting with payroll submissions is an asset • Ability to handle issues independently and escalate when necessary • Strong desire to continuously learn and improve • Willingness to suggest improvements and streamline processes • Comfort working in a fast-paced, evolving environment • Professional communication with clients, vendors, and internal teams
