Beschreibung

• Support the end-to-end general ledger close process for designated sites and entities • Maintain close checklists, post-close review certifications, and controlled, compliant close processes • Perform P&L and balance sheet analysis • Support hospital leadership with post-close analysis, review, reporting, MOR participation, and operational reviews • Provide direct site support during the close process • Collaborate with Technical Accounting and hospital operations leaders on complex accounting issues • Manage joint venture accounting, reporting, and distributions • Support annual budget summarization • Explain hospital projection trends and variances • Ensure adequate internal controls and accurate, timely, compliant financial reporting • Manage post-closing and periodic balance sheet reviews • Explain monthly, quarterly, and annual general ledger variances • Liaise with external stakeholders regarding financial reports and information • Collaborate with hospital leadership on operating metrics and operational strategies • Prepare regulatory returns, affiliation and licensure renewals, sales, use, and excise tax returns, escheatment submissions, and facility-specific reports • Maintain regular and reliable attendance • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Anforderungen

• Bachelor's degree required, preferably in Accounting or Finance • 2+ years of experience in accounting • Healthcare or hospital industry experience preferred • CPA designation preferred • Must be authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship • Regular and reliable attendance
