Beschreibung

• Support the Accounting, Finance and Operations team under the general direction of the Accounting Manager • Perform accounting and financial activities with a degree of independence • Research and analyze balance sheet and P&L accounts • Assist in preparing financial statements • Act as a liaison with Managers and Executives to improve accounting procedures • Prepare monthly balance sheet reconciliations • Reconcile Revenue and COGS for different divisions monthly • Provide variance reports for Revenue, COGS, and SG&A and assist in research and resolution • Review general and administrative costs for accuracy and research variances • Respond to correspondence and inquiries related to sales tax • Assist in gathering documentation for the annual financial audit • Contribute to analysis and preparation of ad-hoc reports for management • Participate in the close process by preparing month-end journal entries • Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor

🎯 Anforderungen

• Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) in Accounting or Finance Field • Minimum of 3 years of previous experience in an accounting role • Clear and thorough understanding of generally accepted accounting principles • Strong communication, written, and problem-solving skills • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint • Knowledge of NetSuite and PowerBI • Detail oriented and able to meet deadlines • Positive attitude and willingness to learn
