Beschreibung

• Develop and execute strategic plans for NetSuite projects, aligning with client objectives and organizational goals. • Act as the primary liaison and trusted advisor for key client accounts, fostering strong relationships and understanding their unique business needs. • Ensure the successful execution of NetSuite implementation projects, overseeing timelines, budgets, and resource allocation. • Mentor and guide project teams, nurturing their skills and expertise in NetSuite implementation and delivery. • Drive client satisfaction through proactive communication, issue resolution, and delivering high-quality solutions that meet or exceed expectations. • Identify and mitigate risks throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring smooth project delivery and client satisfaction. • Lead initiatives to enhance project delivery processes, tools, and methodologies, driving efficiency and effectiveness.

🎯 Anforderungen

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field. Advanced degree or relevant certifications preferred. • 5+ years of experience in NetSuite, with a focus on leadership or project management. • Strong understanding of NetSuite modules, features, and capabilities, with a proven track record of successful project delivery. • Exceptional communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills. • Ability to navigate complex client environments and build strong, collaborative relationships. • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive, results-oriented mindset.
