Beschreibung

• Design, build, and maintain highly scalable and resilient microservices supporting platform-wide capabilities • Ensure the cloud platform is modular, extensible, and supports multiple product teams • Implement and manage monitoring and alerting systems using Datadog • Drive logging, tracing, and monitoring best practices across platform services • Use Terraform and Terragrunt to automate cloud infrastructure provisioning and management • Optimize deployment pipelines for reliability and developer efficiency • Provide technical leadership in system design, architecture, and scalable-service best practices • Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other teams to align platform capabilities with business needs • Foster cross-team collaboration and smooth integrations • Participate in operational reviews, post-mortems, and reliability initiatives • Create follow-up actions for incident resolution • Improve system reliability, scalability, and engineering efficiency through automation and best practices • Reduce technical debt

🎯 Anforderungen

• Proven track record delivering enterprise-ready, cloud-based systems focused on performance, security, and scalability • Strong proficiency in one or more of C#, Go, or Java • Experience with API services, distributed systems, and microservice architectures • Deep understanding of AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure • Hands-on experience designing for scalability, observability, and reliability • Knowledge of Kubernetes (EKS/GKE), Docker, and cloud-native application design • Experience with Infrastructure as Code, including Terraform, AWS CDK, or Terragrunt • Proficiency in CI/CD tools such as GitHub Actions, ArgoCD, or Jenkins • Hands-on experience with Datadog, Prometheus, or similar monitoring tools • Ability to work across teams, communicate clearly, and align multiple stakeholders • Understanding of customer needs and alignment of technical solutions with business objectives • Platform, core, or shared-services experience highly desired • Experience building foundational services supporting multiple product lines and teams highly desired • Strong team-player mindset and openness to constructive feedback • Ability to communicate value, risks, tradeoffs, and recommended direction • Adaptability to changing priorities • Proactive problem-solving and persistence • Ability to balance speed with risk and make data-driven decisions • Commitment to mentorship and supporting team growth
