Beschreibung

• Support month-end and year-end close by preparing OPEX accruals, prepaid schedules, expense allocations, payroll journal entries, and balance sheet reconciliations. • Collaborate with Treasury, FP&A, Legal, and People teams to ensure financial data accuracy and completeness. • Support internal and external audits by preparing documentation and providing explanations. • Assist in developing, implementing, and maintaining accounting policies and internal controls. • Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports, including flux analysis. • Develop, maintain, and improve accounting workpapers for financial analysis, reporting, and process automation. • Own end-to-end Accounts Payable, including vendor setup, purchase order issuance and invoice matching, invoice processing, and weekly AP payment cycles. • Process one-off and ad-hoc payments requiring judgment and discretion. • Manage vendor relationships and resolve billing discrepancies. • Review GL coding on T&E and credit card transactions and attach supporting documentation. • Participate in projects and respond to ad-hoc financial requests.

🎯 Anforderungen

• Bachelor’s Degree in accounting; CPA license preferred • 3-5 years of accounting experience; public accounting experience preferred • Crypto accounting experience is a plus • Direct experience performing detailed and data intensive reconciliations • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities • High attention to detail and accuracy in all financial processes • Ability to work independently while maintaining effective collaboration with team members • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines • Solid communication and interpersonal skills to liaise across departments • Intermediate to advanced Excel skills • Experience with Mac OSX, GSuite, and an ERP such as Netsuite preferred • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
