Beschreibung

• Execute strategies and tactics for the Neuromuscular Rare Disease Franchise • Build, implement, and execute field-based tactics supporting educational goals and appropriate product therapy use • Generate insights from leading key medical experts and inform brand activities • Lead cross-functional planning and execution of advisory boards • Capture customer insights through one-to-one meetings, roundtables, and congress activities • Serve on cross-functional brand sub-teams and provide customer perspective • Provide competitive intelligence from targeted customer meetings • Partner with headquarters to develop promotional content and presentation materials • Manage vendors such as medical education agencies and meeting services • Identify and recruit key medical experts for content development and promotional projects • Serve as the key medical expert point of contact for international opportunities • Develop and support congress plans, industry symposia, and HCP engagement strategies • Coordinate key medical expert executive engagement meetings with leadership • Work with Program Operations to manage Speaker’s Bureau requirements • Partner with Marketing, Sales, Training, Market Research/Decision Support, Market Access & Reimbursement, Medical Affairs, Legal, Compliance, and Regulatory teams

🎯 Anforderungen

• Bachelor’s degree required; higher education preferred • Minimum of 7 years of marketing, field sales, field marketing or Thought Leader Liaison experience • Previous field marketing or related functional experience in marketing, sales or an allied function • Demonstrated strategic thinking and ability to collaborate and influence across diverse internal and external stakeholders • Strong intellectual curiosity and commitment to expanding disease-state, customer, and healthcare ecosystem knowledge • Exceptional listening, insight-generation, and analytical skills • Ability to identify meaningful opportunities, synthesize complex information, and translate regional intelligence into actionable recommendations • Ability to partner effectively with healthcare professionals, key stakeholders, and cross-functional teams • Ability to manage competing priorities across a large geography • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends • Willingness to travel up to 60–70% • Ideal candidate lives in the Eastern US and is near an airport • Rare disease or other Orphan drug experience preferred • Neuromuscular disease experience valuable but not required
