Beschreibung

• Train and continuously improve the AI agent's responses through structured content and configuration • Maintain and update Knowledge Base content to keep the AI agent's answers accurate and current • Monitor live chat conversations to identify inaccurate or unclear AI responses and flag/fix them • Update AI configurations when promotions, bonuses, or policies change • Coordinate with the technical vendor to report and track issues, ensuring fixes are tested before going live • Support monitoring after updates to confirm the AI agent is working correctly for users

🎯 Anforderungen

• Fluent in Polish (native or near-native) and English, both written and spoken • Experience with AI chatbot or virtual assistant platforms (e.g., Google Dialogflow, or similar conversational AI tools) is preferred • Strong attention to detail and a structured, analytical mindset for identifying and resolving inconsistencies in AI responses • Comfortable working with basic structured data formats (e.g., reading simple JSON-like data); full training will be provided • Experience using project management or ticketing tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana, or similar) is a plus • Strong written communication skills, with the ability to document issues clearly and coordinate with technical teams • Prior experience in iGaming, customer support, or live chat operations is a plus • Prior experience in content writing, knowledge base management, or FAQ documentation is a plus • Curiosity about AI/chatbot technology and willingness to learn new tools
