Beschreibung

• Own rollout and continued adoption of Claude and Cursor as standard AI tooling • Create workflows, prompt and skill libraries, and internal documentation • Design and build end-to-end agentic workstreams from Slack or Jira task assignment through tested pull request creation • Build agentic workflows, custom tooling, and automation with engineering to speed software delivery • Partner with product on rapid, live prototyping using Claude and Claude Code • Identify manual, repetitive, or slow processes across product, marketing, sales, customer support, and operations • Build or configure AI-driven solutions to remove operational friction • Run pilots, gather feedback, discontinue ineffective approaches, and scale successful ones • Train and support non-engineering teams in confident and safe AI-tool usage • Establish guardrails for autonomous and semi-autonomous agent work, including human review, testing, and CI gates • Partner with engineering and security leadership on workflows involving student, mentor, or partner data • Track and report AI enablement impact through velocity, quality, or capacity gains • Monitor Claude, Cursor, and broader AI tooling roadmaps and bring relevant developments to Mentor Collective • Report to the CTO and work cross-functionally with every team lead

🎯 Anforderungen

• Deep, current, hands-on knowledge of Claude and Cursor, including their agent modes, extensibility, and rough edges • 7+ years in a software engineering, developer productivity, or technical enablement role • Direct experience building or operating agentic workflows from Slack or Jira triggers through planning, code changes, and automated testing with minimal handholding • Track record of building tools, scripts, or workflows that other people adopted and relied on • Comfort moving between deep technical work and plain-language conversations with nontechnical teammates • Strong judgment about what is worth automating and prioritizing impact over novelty • Experience or clear interest in change management and driving adoption • Security- and privacy-conscious mindset, including review gates and collaboration with security and compliance • Excellent written communication • Experience introducing a new tool or platform company-wide, from pilot to standard practice (nice to have) • Familiarity with education technology, FERPA-related data handling, or institutional partners (nice to have) • Experience building internal AI agents, MCP servers, or custom Claude/Cursor integrations (nice to have) • Experience partnering with product or design on rapid prototyping and live, in-session coding for customer feedback (nice to have)
