Beschreibung

• Synthesise insights from user research, product analytics, and competitive intelligence into a prioritised hypothesis backlog • Lead GTM for new products with no established playbook • Own messaging across GTM campaigns • Develop a channel strategy for new products backed by evidence (product-channel fit) • Build growth models, test them fast, and measure results • Run cross-sell experiments into the existing customer base • Design and execute experiments across paid, organic, community, and product channels, hands-on and with support • Work cross-functionally with product, data, and marketing to move experiments from hypothesis to live

🎯 Anforderungen

• 5+ years in growth marketing, product marketing, product management, or a hybrid of both, with experience in developer tools • Demonstrated track record in growth experimentation and core product marketing: research, messaging, ICP, GTM, and CRO • Experience in acquiring net new developer audiences • Self-serve or PLG experience: activation funnels, conversion optimisation, in-app messaging • Comfortable pulling insights from product analytics, user interviews, web analytics, and campaign data • Strong project management skills, comfortable moving cross-functional work forward • Self-starter who thrives in fast-moving environments • Comes from a startup environment where you owned initiatives end-to-end
