Beschreibung

• Own the strategy for Blackbaud Community and the Champions advocacy program, creating a connected experience that grows customer engagement and advocacy • Grow and support an active customer community through engaging campaigns, communications, member-led user groups, moderation and effective member support • Identify and develop customers into Champions, speakers, reviewers, references and storytellers, building trusted relationships throughout their advocacy journey • Partner across Marketing, Customer Success, Support, Partners, Events, Brand and other teams to connect community and advocacy activity with wider business priorities • Define and track measures of community health and advocacy impact, using data alongside automation and AI-enabled capabilities to improve programs, processes and governance

🎯 Anforderungen

• Experience in community management, customer advocacy, customer marketing or customer success, with the depth to take ownership of customer-facing programs • Experience managing an enterprise customer community or an advocacy, champion or reference program, with a working understanding of how the other supports the customer journey • Strong relationship-building and influencing skills, with experience working effectively across multiple teams and stakeholders • Confidence prioritizing in an agile environment and using engagement and program data to inform decisions and improve outcomes • A collaborative, customer-focused approach and the ability to create clear connections between customer needs, community engagement and advocacy opportunities
