Beschreibung

• Identify and develop new opportunities to deliver value to BlackCloak members, focusing on emerging technologies and competitive differentiators • Identify and act on opportunities to automate workflows for BlackCloak customer operations teams • Lead the end-to-end rapid prototyping process from initial concept to functional prototype • Ensure initiatives meet defined success criteria • Translate ambiguous business concepts into clear, concise, actionable requirements for prototype development • Identify, procure, and manage a dedicated toolset for efficient creation and testing of functional prototypes • Partner with CSOC leadership, Engineering, and the Director of Product Innovation to vet ideas, assess technical feasibility, and define architectural approaches • Research, evaluate, and recommend new technologies, third-party services, and frameworks • Own new product concepts from research and hypothesis testing through business-case development and internal stakeholder feedback • Work with platform, mobile, and security engineering teams to integrate successful prototypes into the existing ecosystem • Rapidly design, build, and prototype new product capabilities from the ground up • Transform the product roadmap into tangible, high-impact features that protect members • Report directly to the VP of Product Management

🎯 Anforderungen

• 5+ years of technical product management experience • Proven track record of shipping complex products across mobile, desktop, and cloud environments • Background in software engineering is a significant advantage • Strong product sense and ability to act as a strategic partner to leadership and engineering • Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions • Deep technical literacy and architectural understanding across the technology stack • Knowledge of cloud services, with GCP preferred • Knowledge of mobile and desktop development • Knowledge of networking principles • Ability to engage in deep technical discussions with engineers and architects • Proven ability to lead technical validation and prototyping processes in a fast-paced environment • Ability to translate concepts into clear requirements and manage projects from brief to functional prototype • Strong technical writing and documentation skills • Ability to communicate complex concepts clearly to technical and business stakeholders • Ability to define clear success criteria and milestones for prototype-to-production pathways • Self-starter mentality and ability to manage complex projects end-to-end with minimal oversight • Demonstrable experience in productizing AI technologies • Ability to identify high-impact use cases for Large Language Models (LLMs) and Generative AI • Ability to define clear product requirements and navigate technical and ethical trade-offs required to ship intelligent features
