Beschreibung

• Own product strategy spanning enterprise wallets, custody, treasury infrastructure, and access to onchain financial products • Define how businesses hold and control stablecoins and other digital assets across custodial and non-custodial environments • Build products and infrastructure for balances, liquidity, permissions, policies, counterparties, and treasury operations onchain • Enable programmable rules for accessing, authorizing, transferring, automating, and deploying money through APIs • Create pathways for users and businesses to deploy idle capital through onchain yield, liquidity, and DeFi opportunities • Connect stored balances with payments, payouts, transfers, and other financial workflows • Develop product perspectives across custodial, non-custodial, embedded, and hybrid wallet architectures • Work directly with fintechs, payment companies, financial institutions, marketplaces, and global businesses • Partner with wallets, custodians, stablecoin issuers, DeFi protocols, liquidity providers, and other ecosystem partners • Take products from thesis through launch and scaled adoption; define success metrics and make product and technical tradeoffs • Collaborate deeply with engineering, design, go-to-market, and ecosystem teams

🎯 Anforderungen

• Significant product leadership experience across enterprise wallets, custody, payments, treasury, fintech, or crypto infrastructure • Experience building enterprise-grade wallet or digital asset infrastructure at a company such as Fireblocks, Coinbase, Circle, Anchorage, Stripe, Block, or a similarly sophisticated financial infrastructure company • Deep understanding of enterprise wallet architecture, including custody, key management, signing, permissions, policy engines, transaction workflows, and security • Experience with both custodial and non-custodial wallets • Track record of successfully shipping payments, money movement, treasury, or financial infrastructure products at meaningful scale • Strong knowledge of stablecoins and decentralized finance, including onchain liquidity and yield products • Firsthand understanding of security, controls, compliance, reconciliation, liquidity, reliability, and integration with existing systems • Understanding of consumer wallet experiences and the needs of businesses, developers, and end users • Technical depth to work closely with blockchain and infrastructure engineers on complex systems • Strong product judgment involving real money, security, and trust • Ability to turn strategic vision into a focused roadmap and ship it
