Beschreibung

• Lead and grow Tucuvi's product team across voice AI product management, clinical and medical product expertise, product design, and data • Maintain regular 1:1s, lead performance reviews, foster feedback, develop career paths, manage underperformance, and celebrate high achievers • Define and maintain product vision and strategy aligned with company goals in Europe and the US • Translate strategy into roadmap direction across six-week Shape Up cycles • Balance client commitments, market opportunities, and platform investments using explicit criteria • Orchestrate shaping by turning customer, clinician, and market input into well-shaped pitches • Prepare and defend product bets at the betting table with founders and the Director of Engineering • Maintain cycle discipline, including scope hammering, cool-down discipline, and retrospectives • Coach product and adjacent teams in the Shape Up methodology • Establish structured feedback loops with Customer Success and maintain direct exposure to clinicians, care managers, and health system leaders • Measure adoption, usage, and clinical outcomes, and drive adoption after release • Own internal product communication and align teams on what is shipping and why • Align Sales on precise product messaging and enablement • Coordinate with Customer Success on rollout plans, adoption, and client communication • Work with Marketing and the market on positioning and feature communication • Represent Product at the management table and with customers and partners when needed • Report directly to Marcos, CTO and Co-Founder

🎯 Anforderungen

• 7+ years in product management • Proven experience managing and developing product teams, including PMs, designers, or specialists • Track record of owning a product area end to end: strategy, roadmap, execution, and measurable outcomes • Ability to translate ambiguous problems into clear priorities, well-shaped work, and crisp decisions • Experience building and shipping product in healthcare • Understanding of clinical workflows and how healthcare organizations buy and adopt technology • Ability to earn clinicians' trust • Knowledge of the US healthcare system, including providers, payers, value-based care, and HIPAA • Hands-on experience with LLM-based or agentic products • Understanding of prompt behavior, evaluation strategies, and monitoring deployed agents for quality and safety • Daily use of AI tools in own work • Experience running a structured product methodology with real discipline • Comfort making prioritization calls with limited information and standing behind them • Fluent in Spanish and English • Exceptional written and verbal communication • Direct experience in the US healthcare market is an additional bonus • Prior experience with Software as a Medical Device (SaMD) or similarly regulated products is an additional bonus • Familiarity with HL7, FHIR, and EHR integrations, including Epic or Oracle Health, is an additional bonus • Direct experience with Shape Up is an additional bonus • Experience with voice AI or conversational AI products is an additional bonus • Experience turning product into go-to-market ammunition, including launches, messaging frameworks, and sales enablement, is an additional bonus
