Beschreibung

• Shape the strategy and evolution of AI-enabled enterprise products supporting professional learning and skills development for financial institutions • Lead the strategy and execution of CFA Institute’s global B2B product portfolio • Work across product, technology, and commercial teams to shape the portfolio’s long-term direction and ensure delivery of innovative solutions • Translate strategic priorities into products delivering measurable value for enterprise clients • Define and evolve the Institutional Solutions product roadmap • Guide the technology ecosystem powering learning content, skills assessment, AI-enabled capabilities, and enterprise solutions • Contribute to the multi-year portfolio strategy and roadmap, product architectures, prioritized backlogs, and investment decisions • Translate CFA Institute’s IP, credentialing standards, and curriculum into specified B2B products with requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria • Support the shift from bespoke delivery to repeatable, configurable offerings • Contribute to the enabling technology platform strategy and roadmap with TAIS engineering • Implement and manage AI capabilities including LLM-powered assessment, adaptive learning, agentic workflows, and automation • Use Cursor, Claude Code, and Figma Make for AI-enabled prototyping • Execute and participate in advisory sessions, co-design workshops, beta programmes, and feedback loops • Maintain an evidence-based view of the competitive landscape, L&D technology trends, and AI disruption • Translate client and market signals into product and technology recommendations • Partner with Technology and Engineering on executable delivery plans • Coordinate with Security, Data & Analytics, Digital Experience, and Education teams • Liaise between business stakeholders and delivery teams • Oversee business analyst work and potentially build and lead a small product team • Support and develop business analysts and promote continuous improvement • Manage an agreed budget, financial planning, vendor relationships, and resource decisions • Ensure efficient resource use and timely, high-quality outcomes • Report to the Senior Director, Product Management, Institutional Solutions

🎯 Anforderungen

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience • 5 plus years of experience in product management, with exposure to enterprise or B2B technology environments • Strong preference for experience in technology-enabled or education-focused organizations • Comfortable working in Agile delivery environments, with practical experience managing backlogs, writing user stories, and working alongside engineering teams • Able to build effective working relationships with engineering leads, account managers, client success teams, delivery managers, and programme managers • Ability to contribute to strategic thinking and translate direction into clear, well-structured roadmap plans • Clear communicator with the confidence to manage expectations, surface risks, and keep stakeholders appropriately informed • Outstanding communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills • Organised and adaptable, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and adjust to changing requirements without losing pace • CFA Institute cannot provide sponsorship • No agencies, please
