Beschreibung

• Implement strategy for mid-level donor prospecting, cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship. • Manage a portfolio of 500-700 donors, focusing on retention, annual giving upgrades, and major donor prospect identification. • Collaborate closely with Prospect Development, Stewardship, Communications, Data Insights and Systems, and Territory Advancement teams. • Achieve quarterly KPIs and annual fundraising goals through direct outreach to individual donors. • Maintain CRM records and prepare reports on program outcomes.

🎯 Anforderungen

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Business Administration, Nonprofit Management, or Communications. • 5+ years of experience in mid-level giving, donor relations, or fundraising, preferably within a nonprofit organization. • Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM software, with experience in database management and analytics. • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, adept at building relationships and collaborating across diverse teams. • Exceptional problem-solving abilities and a demonstrated capacity to manage multiple priorities independently in a fast-paced environment.
